By participating in Eastern’s #SelfiewithEastern Twitter contest, you (i.e. “the Contestant”) accept and agree to the following:
1.The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/her identity, contact details, location, age, and such other information as may be required.
2.The contest is open to all Indian citizens aged 18 or above.
3.The contest will go live at 05:00 PM Oct 01,2015 and will end at 06:00pm on October 04, 2015.
4.The contest will be held on Eastern’s official Twitter Account. To participate in the contest one must follow @eastern_in official twitter handle
5.The contestants have to tweet the reply to contest tweet by using the hashtag #SelfiewithEastern and mentioning @eastern_in.
6.Best three tweets will win a voucher worth 1000 each !
7.The winners will be announced on Eastern’s official Twitter page.
8.Winners will be required to send in their postal address details to socialise@eastern.in
9.Contest winners will need to send across a scanned copy of their photo ID for verification. Only after the verification the prize will be sent across
10.The Prize shall not be transferable / redeemable. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
11.The decision of the judges in terms of selection of winners will be final and will not be subject to any further discussion/debate
12.Eastern reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
13.Posting of any spam, foul, indecent, threatening, business promotion, discriminatory and/or false comments would lead to disqualification of the participant from the contest, at the sole discretion of Eastern
14.Eastern condiments shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft caused to the Prize(s) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s).
15.In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Eastern Condiments shall be final.
16.This contest is in no way associated with or sponsored, endorsed or administered by Twitter. All information in this contest is collected by Eastern Condiments Pvt. Ltd. and not Twitter
