Whole wheat rolls with vegetable stuffing

Contestant: Shirin Jhabua


For filling

Half cup boiled sweet corn kernels
Half cup each shredded carrots,onions,capsicum,cabbage.
One tsp. Each Chilly and soyabean sauce
Salt according.
Ten whole wheat roomali roties (I made them at home).
Oil for frying
Date Tamarind chutney to serve with
Mix the ingredients of filling.
Take one roti and put about 2_3 tbsp of filling and roll
Seal the edges with a paste of Atta and water.eMeMa
Deep fry them in hot oil at medium temp.
Serve with chutney of your choice
