2 boiled potatoes mashed
1 cup soya granules
1/2 cup chana dal boiled
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 onion finely chop
1 green chillies
olive oil for shallow frying
Boil soya granules for about 5 minutes, run from cold water, strain them.
Boil chana dal and coarsely grind it.
In bowl, mix grinded chana dal, boiled soya, mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, green chillies.
Take small portion in hand, make small tikki place kismish inside and close it.
On non stick tawa, add olive oil and shallow fry thee Daly Soya tikkis
Serve hot with tomato n pudina chutney.
