- Butter – 100 gm
- Honey- 1 Tbsp
- Tomato ketchup -1 Tbsp
- Garlic Paste – From 2 Cloves
- Hot Chilly sauce- 2 Tbsp
- Corn cobs -3
- Mix well the butter, honey,tomato ketchup, garlic, Hot chilly sauce until it is well mixed.and rub this well on the corn and cover each corn in a double layer of foil.
- Barbecue it for 30-35 mins until tender and a little charred. If you want them more blackened, simply unwrap and throw directly on the barbecue for few more minutes.
- Move into plates and add butter
