Hot and Cheesy Corn Barbecue


  • Butter – 100 gm
  • Honey- 1 Tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup -1 Tbsp
  • Garlic Paste – From 2 Cloves
  • Hot Chilly sauce- 2 Tbsp
  • Corn cobs -3


  1. Mix well the butter, honey,tomato ketchup, garlic, Hot chilly sauce until it is well mixed.and rub this well on the corn and cover each corn  in a double layer of foil.
  2. Barbecue it for 30-35 mins until tender and a little charred. If you want them more blackened, simply unwrap and throw directly on the barbecue for few more minutes.
  3. Move into plates and add butter
