Eastern Fish Curry



1) Fish (Cleaned and cut) -1kg,  2) Eastern Fish Masala -50g,  3) Cambodge water – 4 cups,  4)  Refined Vegetable Oil – 2 tsp,  5) Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp,  6) Ginger (Finely cut) – 1 tbsp,  7) Green Chillies – 6 Nos,  8) Garlic -6 flakes,  9) Salt -to taste,  10) Curry Leaves -2 stalks.


Heat oil in a vessel (preferably an earthen one). Splutter the mustard seeds and saute ginger, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves. Add Eastern Fish Masala and stir well. Put the fish pieces into this, along with cambodge water and salt. Cook on a low flame till done.
