Egg (Boiled and aft into 4 pieces) 5 Nos
Big Onion 3 Nos
Eastern Egg Masala 40g
Refined vegetable al 3 tbsp
Green Chilly sliced 3 Nos
Salt, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Water as required
Heat oil. Cradde mustard and sauté sliced onion till golden brown. Add green chilly, any leaves and salt. Add Eastern Egg Masala and sauté further. Pour the required water and bring to boil. Now add sliced eggs. When gravy thickens remove from fire and serve hot.
