Plantain (raw banana) – 1
Cheese- 1 cube
Gram flour- 100gm
Rice flour- 50gm
Red chilly powder – 1tsp
EASTERN GARAM MASAL POWDER-1tsp
Salt – to taste
Hing – pinch
Cooking soda – pinch
Cooking oil – to fry
Peel the skin of plantain and cut in two halves.
Now make thin slice longitudinally keep aside.
Now mix well gram flour, rice flour, chilly & masal powder , hing , salt, cooking soda and pour little water and make a batter in dosa batter consistency.
Now grate the cheese and add to the above mixture and mix thoroughly.
Dip each plantain slice in the batter and deep fry in oil.
