Idlis – 6 ( cut in to small cubes)
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
EASTERN Garam Masala Powder – half tsp
Fresh Cream – 2tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – To fry
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Make a batter in dosa batter consistency with the above said flour and other ingredients by using fresh cream and little water. Dip the idli cubes in the batter and deep fry it in oil.
Fry curry leaves in oil crush it and top it up.
Yummy spicy idli fritters ready !
Serve with tomato sauce
