Boneless fish 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Whole red chillies 4-6
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper power 1/2 tsp
vinegar 2 tsp
Soya sauce tsp
Worchester sauce 2 tsp
Egg 1,
Flour 4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Tomato paste 4 tsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tsp
Spring onion 4 tsp
Carrot cubes 6-7 pieces
Capsicum 6-7 pieces
Oil 4 tsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste


Cut fish into cubes, add egg, flour, salt, black pepper. Mix well. Keep aside for 10 min. then deep fry them. In separate pan to a little oil add ginger paste, add chilies after sometime add chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, spring onion, fry for 2-3 minutes, Then add tomato sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, Worchester sauce, salt, vinegar, black pepper powder, and sugar. After 2-3 minutes add the fried fish and mix nicely. Serve hot.
