Onion – 3 (Chopped)
Besan / gram flour- 3 small cups
Rice flour- 1 small cup
Rava- 1 cup
Red chilly Powder- 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves- handful(Chopped)
Asafoetida- 1/2 teaspoon oil to fry
For Garnishing – Tomato,Lemon and Olive.
Salt to taste
Remove the skin of onion, and chop them to fine pieces. In a mixing bowl, add the chopped onions to it. Add Besan ( gram flour ), Rice flour and Rawa to it. Add chilli Powder, salt, asafoetida and chopped coriander leaves . Mix well without adding water. Heat oil in a kadai. Take the mixture and drop them slowly (in turn) to hot oil. When the pakoras turn golden brown, remove from oil. Now yummy Onion Pakoras are ready. Garnish.Serve hot with Tomato Sauce and enjoy.
