Rice- 1 cup
Besan- 2 cup
Salt – to taste
Red chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Jeera- 1 sp
Green chilly paste- 1 sp
Hing- 1 pinch
Curry leaves- 8-10 leaf
Ajwan- 2 pinch
Coriander- 1 tbsp
Oil- to fry
Dill – ¼ cup
Soda- 1 pinch..
First mash the rice nicely.. Now to mashed rice add besan, red chilly powder, jeera, green chilly powder , hing, ajwan, dill, salt, soda.. Mix nicely.. Now add 2 tbsp of heated oil..Then add curry leaves and coriander .. Mix all the items .. And make small ball ..
Now in a pan keep oil to heat for deep fry.. Once oil is hot , add small ball into the oil and deep fry…
Along with that take potato and slice it and deep fry it like finger chips.. and add salt and chilly powder to that…
For garnishing take a stick , first put two finger chips and then rice bonda and again finger chips.. As shown..
Serve hot with sauce or ketchup..
